Gülbahar graduated from Anadolu University in 2010 with a major in Industrial Design and a minor in Architecture. She studied at the University of Ljubljana’s Faculty of Fine Arts and Design for a year from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, she has won numerous awards in national and international design competitions. After completing her education, she gained experience working in various industries and has been the manager of the Openfab space at Özyeğin University since 2018. For the past ten years, she has been designing original, design- and technology-centered educational content and participating as a guest instructor in courses across different faculties. Alongside her work, she is pursuing studies in the Design, Technology, and Society Master's program at Özyeğin University, focusing on the integration of design and technology with various fields and exploring new potential collaborations.
